1. Gather your works – Collect concrete wins (sales closed, press hits, new clients).
   

2. Pitch the exhibition – Ask for a meeting, and outline how you’ve grown and where you can add more value.
   

3. Name your figure – A clear ask (salary or title) is stronger than “more responsibility.”
   

4. It’s not pushy – it’s professional. Even masterpieces need a label with the right price.
