Panic? Never. Here’s your crash course in calm brilliance:

1. Focus fast. Learn three things: what the company does, one recent project, and who’s interviewing you. That’s enough to sound clued-up.
   

2. Know your story. Match three of your skills to the job description and prep short examples to prove them.
   

3. Stalk smartly. A quick LinkedIn scroll can give you talking points or shared interests.
   

4. Practise out loud. Say your answers, to the mirror, your pet, whoever. You’ll sound more natural.
   

5. Prep + rest. Pick your outfit, test your tech, and sleep. Confidence loves a calm morning.
   

6. TL;DR: Don’t cram everything, just the essentials. Presence > perfection.
