🏛️💌 HOUSE News 22/21 - Events to RSVP to this week🔮🏛️

2021 - Week 22
...hellooooo and somehow it is already Monday again. Today we are faced with the delicious technical difficulty that the letter h and s now seem to resist on the just over 1-year-old Mac :( the joy of a Monday, but maybe it's a solace for all of you out there, that we at TheArtGorgeous HOUSE HQ also occasionally feel rather overwhelmed with it all. Especially when the equipment goes on strike. Then again we realize there is all of you out there and that in itself is an uplifting thought! This week there is The London Festival of Architecture ( including an architectural bake-off) with loads of virtual programming. The fab ladies of the Art + Tech Report will walk us through and explain how they gathered all that data and came up with the idea. Also, the world is slowly opening again and we are thrilled for an IRL Gallery Weekend in London where our Head of London Peigi organized two tours!(Limited spots available, so sign up early)+ The Milan IRL Edition of #theartgirlsmarket deadline to submit works via email is coming up TODAY!Love, Cordelia, Maja & the Girls

The London Festival of Architecture delivers the world’s largest annual architecture festival with loads of digital programming. June 1 - June 30
The London Festival of Architecture celebrates London as the global hub for architecture. The festival returns to the capital from 1-30 June 2021 with a lively and diverse programme of public events across London exploring the theme of ‘care’. For 2021 we’re planning a festival with many covid-secure events across the city, along with other digital events.
The London Festival of Architecture began in 2004, and has since grown to become the world’s largest annual architecture festival. The festival attracts a vast public audience – well over 800,000 people in 2019 – and a global media audience of millions. The vast majority of events are free, and are staged by a core festival programming team working alongside architecture and design practices and practitioners, leading cultural and academic institutions, artists and many others.
In 2017 the London Festival of Architecture was named by Mayor of London Sadiq Khan as one of his design advocate organisations, and is working alongside the Mayor’s team to champion architecture, provide expertise and guidance, and help to make London a better city.
