Your task for today:Return to nature

Cities are stressful. All that noise and light pollution can set your nerves on edge without you even realising it. To help you relax and keep your Christmas cheer in full swing, be sure to spend at least half an hour outside somewhere close to nature. Bonus points if you bring your art world bestie along. It may be freezing cold or melting hot, but don’t let that be an excuse. Find a park, go to the beach or sit out in the garden, just make sure you have a break from urban surroundings.
