📸 NATIONAL GALLERY DOUBLES DOWN ON INFLUENCERS

London’s National Gallery is keeping the creator vibes alive. Last year’s 200 Creators programme hit 42m views and 2.2m engagements, this year, they’re scaling to 50 spots. Perks include preview access, after-hours shoots, and four paid “Creative Collaborator” roles (£4k each). While the official entry bar is high (100K IG, 50K YouTube/TikTok), senior comms manager Ellie Wyant says they’re open to surprises; bakers, comedians, potters, tailors welcome. The new cohort launches 27 Oct.

🌸 FLOWERS, BUT MAKE IT ALTITUDE-CORE

The North Face just teamed up with Aussie florist @september___studio, and no, it wasn’t your typical “florals for spring? groundbreaking” moment. Instead, the collab saw their team hiking up mountains in full TNF gear to retrieve alpine flowers at different altitudes. The Higher You go, The Wilder The Arrangement.

🇰🇷 SEOUL GETS ITS OWN FRIEZE HOUSE

Since arriving in Seoul in 2022, Frieze has been the hottest ticket in town. Now, they’re making it permanent with Frieze Seoul House, opening 2025 in a converted home in Yaksu-dong. Think of it as the city’s answer to London’s No. 9 Cork Street: a flexible space where visiting galleries can stage pop-up shows year-round. Expect queues down the block.

🎤 THE RISE OF THE “ULTIMATE FACE CARD”

People are collecting Venice Film Festival press conference photos like they’re the new art prints. Celebs framed by nothing more than a mic and a name card = the internet’s latest obsession. In an age of hyper-curated images, this is the ultimate face card test: documentation turned into its own kind of art object.
