1. Rocco Ritchie reclaims his past in exhibition

Using paparazzi photos that once haunted his youth, artist and nepo-baby Rocco Ritchie has transformed his past into influential art. His exhibition, The Tourist, supported by Giorgio Armani, dives into the unique tensions of growing up in the spotlight. With pieces that navigate the alienation of being the child of megastars while finding freedom through art, Ritchie shares his journey of reclaiming identity. By turning stolen moments into paintings, he brings his voice to the world, revealing how family, friends, and the art community helped forge his creative spirit.
2. Amelia Dimoldenberg as Roz: Halloween’s true queen

In a hilarious twist on Halloween’s “Mean Girls” rule, Chicken Shop Date’s @AmeliaDimoldenberg turned heads this year with a flawless Roz transformation from Monsters, Inc. Unveiled in a five-part Instagram post, her slug-inspired look included full prosthetics, a green makeover, and Roz’s signature glasses. Ditching the skimpy costumes, Amelia’s witty take paid homage to the original Pixar sass queen, proving that humour and creativity reign supreme this Halloween.
3. Vinted’s wildest second-hand moment

In one of fashion’s most unexpected turns, Coperni’s latest show featured a model rocking a vintage Disney tee sourced straight from Vinted! The shirt, listed initially for €8, was snagged just three weeks earlier by none other than a Coperni designer—who even negotiated the price down by €2! This second-hand wonder has only fueled Vinted’s popularity, with the platform now boasting over 100 million users worldwide, including 18 million in the UK alone. Talk about vintage vibes going high fashion!

4. Ai-Da’s AI-created “Portrait of Alan Turing” set to auction

In a groundbreaking move, Sotheby’s will auction its first-ever work created by a humanoid AI artist later this month: A.I. God. Portrait of Alan Turing (2024) by Ai-Da Robot, designed by British gallerist Aidan Meller. Estimated to fetch between $120,000 and $180,000, the painting reflects on technology’s impact on society and celebrates Turing, a pioneer in AI and computer science. Ai-Da’s work, described as “Duchampian” by Meller, pushes the boundaries of what defines art and artist, capturing humanity’s shifting relationship with machines.
