2. Peggy Gou Collaborates with Olafur Eliasson

Olafur Eliassonâs artistic vision extends beyond sculptures as his dance moves make an unexpected appearance on musician Peggy Gouâs latest album cover, âI Hear You.â and the music video for the song 1+1=11. The collaboration stems from a spontaneous dance session in Berlin, where Eliassonâs moves sparked a creative alliance between the contemporary art luminary and Korean electronic music sensation.
3. Flames of Loss â The Tragic Fire at BĂžrsen

Last week, a tragic event unfolded as flames engulfed BĂžrsen (The Exchange), one of Denmarkâs most venerable architectural marvels, boasting a history dating back to 1619. Within its walls lay a treasure trove of artistic riches, including Peder Severin KrĂžyerâs masterpiece âFrom Copenhagen Stock Exchangeâ (1895), thankfully rescued. However, amidst the devastation, countless other irreplaceable artifacts were tragically lost forever.



4. Lana Del Reyâs Dazzling Coachella Couture

Lana Del Rey revealed to her Instagram followers this week that her stunning Coachella looks were crafted by Dolce & Gabbana. For her viral headline performance, she donned a custom gown adorned with Swarovski crystal chains and delicate rose accents. Transitioning to her second appearance, she mesmerized in a bespoke jersey dress, also intricately embellished with Swarovski crystals, while her ensemble of dancers complemented her in coordinating draped dresses.
5. Israel Pavilion at Venice Biennale Closed

Ruth Patir, Israelâs representative at the Venice Biennale, alongside the exhibitionâs curators, opted to close the doors to the Israel pavilion as the 60th Venice Biennale commenced this week. A notice affixed to the pavilionâs entrance, adjacent to the U.S. pavilion reads: âthe artist and curators of the Israeli pavilion will open the exhibition when a cease-fire and hostage release agreement is reached.â
