1. Kusama x Vuitton

For the second time, Louis Vuitton has invited the iconic Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama to collaborate on a new creative encounter. Alongside the collaboration, the French high-end luxury fashion house took over parts of Tokyo with a mix of AR experiences and physical installations featuring the 93-year-old Kusama and her works. Launching this month, the new Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama Collection will bring the artist’s emblematic motifs to the Maison’s creations 10 years after their last partnership- watch this space!

2. Undisputed Queen of British Fashion

Dame Vivienne Westwood, the iconic British fashion designer who was the vanguard of the punk movement, died in London aged 81 on December 29, 2022. Tributes have poured in following the death of the “undisputed Queen of British fashion”. She died “peacefully, surrounded by her family” in Clapham, south London, on Thursday, her representatives said in a statement. She had continued to do the things she loved, including designing, working on her book, and making art “up until the last moment”, they added.

3. Netflix & Chill

Scrap those new year’s resolutions and get your blanket and popcorn ready. After a year of great TV, we have even more to look forward to in 2023. Netflix is kicking off the year with the return of fan-favorite series, like “Ginny & Georgia”, and debuting new series, like “Lockwood & Co” and a “Bling Empire” with a New York spin-off, plus the new season of Next In Fashion.

4. Get Your Sh*t Together

David Shrigley has released a new book titled “Get Your Sh*t Together”. This volume celebrates Shrigley’s cheeky, deadpan sensibility through his signature drawing style and accompanying text. Spanning 240 pages, it is the largest publication offered by the artist. The book is available for $35 USD at many retailers, including Amazon.
