1. Miu Miu is Hailed Brand of the Year

Fashion ap @lyst has crowned @miumiu âBrand of the Year, after standout products like that mini skirt and those viral ballet flats, which helped the brand have 49% more searches than the previous year. Other awards went to the 3D-printed pigeon clutch by @jw_anderson, and @Coperni for their innovative live spray-painted dress on @BellaHadid, among many more.
2. Shannon Abloh Is Ready to Define Her Late Husbandâs Virgil Abloh Legacy

Shannon Abloh is now ready to define her late husbandâs Virgil Abloh legacy, a year after his death. Shannon sat down with The New York Times for her first interview, to share her ideas. âIt belongs to me, it belongs to his children,â she commented on his legacy. Last May, Ms. Abloh created Virgil Abloh Securities to unite his creative ventures; which she is chief executive of. This week, she will introduce a four-day festival during Miami Art Week that is designed to celebrate his life and open-source his ideas.
3. The Demise of Balenciaga

It has not been a great week for Balenciaga. If you are a person who uses social media, you are probably aware of the controversy. Now, brand ambassador, Kim Kardashian has spoken out saying she was âshaken by the disturbing images. Any attempts to normalise child abuse of any kind should have no place in our society,â. Now Balenciaga seeks US$25 million from the production company that organized the controversial campaigns.â Will they ever recover from this?



4. Saint Laurent Hosts an Exhibition with Madonna at Art Basel Miami Beach

@ysl has an exhibition in Miami Beach, alongside Art Basel, dedicated to @madonnaâs groundbreaking book âSex.ââ . Planned and curated by Madonna and Anthony Vaccarello, the sensual experience showcases large-format images from the book, to celebrate the previously controversial photographs. Visit at The Saint Laurent gallery now through 4 December.
