1. Most Expensive Art Auction Ever

Microsoft co-founder Paul Allenâs collection has sold for a record-breaking $1.5bn at Christieâs evening sale in New York, making history as the most expensive art auction ever. Originally estimated to be worth around $1 billion USD, the collection of 150 museum-worthy masterpieces exceeded its pre-sale estimate selling for a record sum of $1.5 billion USD. The proceeds from the sale will be donated to charities supported by Allen before his death in 2018. The auction saw records set for works by Cezanne, Gauguin, Seurat, Klimt, and Van Gogh.
2. How To Not Fuck Up Your Art-World Happiness

Art consultant and co-founder of LARRYâS LIST, Christoph Noe, has recently launched his book entertainingly titled âHow To Not Fuck Up Your Art-World Happinessâ. Within the book, Noe shares 60 tips and tricks on how to keep sane while living and working in the art world. 3. Globally Loved Tech Accessory Gets a Dotty Makeover

CASETiFY, the global tech accessory brand loved by Gen Z, has joined forces with Hong Kongâs M+ Museum for a dotty makeover to mark the arrival of its Yayoi Kusama: 1945 to Now exhibition, opening on November 12. The upcoming show examines Kusamaâs artistic practice throughout her career through the six themes: Infinity, Accumulation, Radical Connectivity, Biocosmic, Death, and Force of Life.



4. Yuyiâs Bodies

Previous Art Gorgeous cover girl, Taiwanese photographer, John Yuyi presents her solo exhibition âYuyiâs Bodiesâ at 193 GALLERY in Paris. Featuring artwork from the series âNaked Selfie On Airplane,â âTrash deliver babyâ and more. Now open to the public through December 23.
5. An Unlikely Collab

#BALMAINxEVIAN | Oliver Rousteing, the Creative Director of the iconic fashion house Balmain has reimagined Evianâs 75cl glass bottle taking inspiration from the universes of French houses, with their delicate light blue lace features and aqua-like droplets inspired by Evianâs pure natural water, enhanced with Balmainâs famous embellished details and gold lettering. The design also pays homage to the fashion houseâs founder, Pierre Balmain, who grew up in a small mountain village not far from the waterâs source in the French Alps.
