1. Courtney Kardashian /Travis Barker X Dolce & Gabbana

This week, the Kardashian clan left our mouths open again. What could be better than this Kardashian-style wedding? And all this got even better via the collaboration with the famous Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana, which was not only the official host of  newlyweds + family in Portofino but was the entire stylist of the married couple and all their guests. This commercial strategy to take  care of all the wedding styling seems the most daring way to show the brand’s new campaign for 2022. On top, most of the official photos of the event were taken by the photographer Ellen Von Unwerth, being in charge of capturing every moment of the wedding. The social profiles of the guests look like an editorial by Dolce & Gabbana. No matter how controversial this family is, their level of communication and marketing always leave all of us back being stunned - also in case of this glam rock marriage.

2. TAKASHI MURAKAMI in the Metaverse

The artist is not new in the digital world. Murakami had his most significant entry into the metaverse in 2020 with the crypto money and another metaverse artistic installation. He took inspiration from how his children interacted with this universe and saw how the post-pandemic effect increased this type of interaction.The gallery representing this Murakami universe is Gagosian, also behind the latest show An Arrow through History, an exhibition of new works by Takashi Murakami, which just opened on May 11. In three simultaneous presentations that span two of Gagosian’s galleries in New York, at 976 and 980 Madison Avenue, Murakami bridges the physical and digital realms.The immersive viewing experience, created by RTFKT and Oncyber, can be accessed online via gagosian.com or through a VR headset and allows access to the entire exhibition from anywhere in the world. Additionally, visitors to the site can activate numerous custom Snapchat lenses to view augmented reality animations in each gallery and on the exterior of the building.The spectacular nature of this exhibition is not enough; Gagosian gallery will also make available the acquisition of works through cryptocurrencies. 3. Virgil Abloh x Mercedes-Maybach S

The last Virgil Abloh’s collaboration with Mercedes-Maybach is now available to the rest of the world.Although the first version came to light in 2021, the final project was unveiled this week, with a hyper limited edition of 150 units; in the design, we see precisely Abloh’s DNA transferred to the Mercedes universe. The most incredible designs continue inside the vehicle with a two-tone color scheme. The four-seat configuration, the steering wheel, the doors, the lower part of the dash, and the roof are covered in black and sand-colored Nappa leather, but that’s not the most wow thing about this machine. The Maybach S680 is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 engine that generates a maximum power of 604 horsepower, enough to reach 100 kilometers per hour from a standstill in 4.5 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited to 250 kilometers per hour. In other words, it is one of the most fashionable cars you can meet, but it is also one of the fastest machines on the market.

4. Fendi x Xavier Corberó

Xavier Corberó is the Catalan artist invited to interpret the Fendi universe in 2022. Fendi takes the house of the artist Xavier Corberó for one show between Fendi and the artist universe; being one of the most famous sculptors in Spain, it offers a kaleidoscopic and immediately identifiable atmosphere in keeping with the atmosphere of the Fendi Casa collections. Centered on an iconic building with Roman-style arches one can witness a unique play of shadow and light making it a genuinely unique poetic architecture that transcends imagination. Fendi uses this universe to push luxury with striking and scenic forms.
