Lovely members, halfway there! Can you believe it? We reached week 26 which means we already survived 50% of 2022. And what a year it has already been!While we got some other news to share, and those that have been with us for some time now, know, that we usually use the summer months to do some housekeeping: we want to make this newsletter a declaration of Love to the incredible individuals who held the position of Head of HOUSE.We created the Heads of HOUSES mid-pandemic when we realized our initial concept of getting together as a global bunch for Biennales, art fairs, and other events around this funny globe would not be possible for a while due to all the lock-downs and travel bans. Now that global events are back, it is time to say goodbye.

Party Office is an anti-caste, anti-racist, trans*feminist art & social space in New Delhi, India, also operates at satellite locations as well as conceptual architecture. Through publications, grants, radical archives, conversations of life lived, social gatherings, parties and more, we are building translation dialogues on empathetic futures, care communities and radical agency.

Artist-Curator Vidisha-Fadescha has organized alternative art and pedagogic spaces since 2011, and founded Party Office in 2020. Through video, text, sound, and performance Fadescha’s work focuses on the body movement as an archive of multi generational trauma, body as the site to center one's desire; and Party as a site of resilience, and affirmative kinships.Party Office and Fadescha along with 53 artists / collectives, primarily from the global south, have been invited to take part in the 15th edition of documenta; Since its first in 1955, in each edition, documenta has played a leading role in taking the international discourse about art in new directions. documenta fifteen takes place from June 18 to September 25, 2022, under the Artistic Direction of Indonesian collective, ruangrupa at various venues in Kassel, Germany.
